Meet Justin

I am running to represent Rockingham County District 40, which includes Seabrook and Hampton, in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. My career in auditing and expense management has been built on fiscal responsibility, transparency, and making sure every dollar is spent wisely. At a time when the cost of living continues to rise, I will bring those skills to Concord to help protect taxpayers and make state government more accountable. My service on the Seabrook Planning Board, Seabrook Budget Committee, and Rockingham Planning Commission has given me firsthand experience with the challenges facing our communities and prepared me to fight for the people of Seabrook and Hampton.

I credit my strong work ethic to my first job at a local grocery store, where I learned the value of hard work, customer service, and personal responsibility. Those early lessons taught me that trust is earned through dedication, accountability, and treating people with respect. They continue to guide my approach to public service today.

As your State Representative, I will focus on delivering results for Seabrook and Hampton. We must stop shifting costs onto local property taxpayers and ensure our communities have the resources and tools they need to thrive. I will work with colleagues from both parties to find common-sense solutions that strengthen our economy, protect the Seacoast's quality of life, and build a stronger future for New Hampshire.
